論酒，波爾多已在八世紀開始釀酒，而十八世紀是它的全盛時期，城市化的大都市建設始於那個時代。還有，波爾多的

Rue Sainte-Catherine 是歐洲最長的購物街，長達1.2公里，十分繁華，滿是大小商店，包括 Lafayette(老佛爺百貨公司)、餐廳及咖啡廳。

巴黎的大橋影子由此可見，波爾多的十八世紀城市建設是巴黎的藍本。

波爾多三角地帶市中心，Regent Grand酒店位於廣場中心。

　　中午懶洋洋地坐在酒店的露天餐廳進餐，看著周圍的靚人靚事心情舒暢，再去步行街逛商店，走累了就去路經的咖啡店歇一下，品嘗波爾多特產Canele de Bordeaux。

Macaron是法國出名甜點，杏仁粉是主要成份，入嘴即溶。

　　Canele類似糖糕，色呈焦黃色，口感QQ的，含Vanilla(香草)及rum味道，可與法國出眾甜品Creme Brulee媲美。

　　Canele帶有許多傳說，在歷史中沉浮多年，在二十世紀又成為受歡迎的特產，本地的糕點師聯合起來，將它的配方

保留於波爾多城中，不讓流傳於外人。所以我每天都吃幾件，因為跨出波爾多就沒法享受到這獨特的點心。
